SUMMARY:World Drumming Festival 2026 (Christchurch)
DESCRIPTION:The World Drumming Festival is a celebration of traditional and
  cultural drumming and dance from around the world. The festival focuses o
 n percussion-led performances and accompanying dance\, rather than amplifi
 ed or band-based music.\nPerformances are compact and stage-ready\, allowi
 ng many cultural groups to participate. Each group brings their own instru
 ments\, sets up efficiently\, performs\, and exits promptly to make way fo
 r the next performance.\nWe invite cultural groups to share their drumming
  and dance traditions with the wider Christchurch community. Each performa
 nce will be carefully scheduled\, and support will be provided to ensure s
